About Us

We are craftsmen and expert guides.

Iron Forest Building Co. is a team of carpenters and builders who genuinely love this work. Building in the Rocky Mountains comes with a thousand details, decisions, and sequences that have to happen in the right order, and we’ve been through every one of them more times than we can count.

The same people who put your budget together drive the last trim nail, and we make the right decisions, whether you call Breckenridge home or you’re 10,000 miles away. You don’t need to know how it all works. You just need people who do.

Our Partners

Our partners help keep the wheels on and keep our projects moving, and they often extend beyond the definition of traditional employees. While we are always looking for new skilled trades to work on our homes, we’ve also built a strong network of dependable, highly skilled, and trustworthy tradesmen in our local community.

Awards & Associations

We don’t do our jobs for traditional accolades or publicity. We try our best on every project because that is the kind of people that we are. While awards sometimes come naturally, we continue to pursue quality relationships with our clients. Ask around the local community about our reputation, or give our previous clients a call!
